Five-Day Football Training Camp organised by Meghalaya Shiksha Samiti

From March 17 to 23, A five-day football training camp was organized by Meghalaya Shiksha Samiti at Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Vidya Bharati Vidyalaya. Sixty students from seven schools participated in the training camp. After the training, a one-day match was held at the football ground of the School Authority of India (SAI).

Renowned businessman and social worker, Shri Bimal Bajaj Ji, provided support for the event. Dr. Pawan Tiwari, Organising Secretary, Vidya Bharati Purvottar Kshetra, offered motivation to the trainees.

The students were also accompanied by Prof. Soumen Chakraborty, State Secretary, Meghalaya Shiksha Samiti; Dr. Naveen Jha, Joint Secretary of MSS; Dr. Santaram Joshi, State Vice President; and Shri Sameer Sarkar, State Organising Secretary of Vidya Bharati Meghalaya. Football coach OEN, a resident of Nigeria, provided training to the players.
